Rewritten Review I attempted to return an item I hadn’t used. The clerk (who did not wear a name tag) claimed it was against store policy because the item contained Freon. He told me to come back the next day to speak with the manager. When I asked for the clerk’s name, he said it was “Chris,” but there was no last name tag to verify, which is concerning given how common the name is.
