I had top notch service today - stopped in b/c I had a feeling my battery was going bad - it was, and serious corrosion caused a number of challenges in getting it out and replaced - but Nicole was so helpful and spent a significant amount of time making sure we were able to replace it and that I was good to go. I didn't expect such a phenomenal customer service experience, but the people at this store are truly committed to just that.
