They tell people they dont follow their return policy and they are aggressive to the customers, in all my years of going to autozone I have never felt so uncomfortable, and im a veteran. I went to O'Reilly around the corner and they were alot more respectful, the manger was nice but the older African American was very aggressive in his tone, and he went to the front and was gossiping about me with another employee which was very unprofessional, but the manger was the one who stated she does follow her return policy.
The staff was helpful getting me what I needed.
Best place to buy your wiper blades without having to buy wiper fluid to get your wipers on like Auto Zone smh. You have to buy fluid you dont need to get your wipers on , Auto zone is all about making money not helping the customers ADVANCED AUTO PARTS THANKS FOR CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT THE MONEY!!
