Customer service is top shelf. They always seem to know what I am talking about my even when i am unsure of the truck, car, or tractor problems.
I had some corrosion on a battery installed by a former employee from the same location. The corrosion was caused due to employee negligence. John did a great job fixing the problem and installing the battery correctly. I told John as I was leaving that "you are the best employee I have had an experience with at this store". From what I can gather from previous experience is there is a management problem at this location as I have seen positions posted for the same location. Good people but kinda expensive
God bless the 2 gentlemen that assisted me last night in the middle of a rain storm! They were both so caring and friendly and even extended a discount! My wipers were installed in a matter of minutes. I am truly thankful for their help and courtesy! Thank you both so very much😊
