I’ve been using advanced my whole life and I’ve never been more appalled! I expected the same service I normally get and got some woman with no shoes on walking around claiming to be the manager. When you go somewhere with a dead battery under warranty and are told we don’t do that after being lied to by telling us the battery was fine and then said “it just needed a charge and it would be fine.” I had to make them honor the warranty after they tested it and said it was fine...I then had to go across the street and another p... read more
