RecommendedI pulled in after noticing my brakes felt funny. Melody came out and immediately noticed the problem (they were visibly stuck). I called a remote mechanic who promised he'd be there in an hour - FOUR HOURS LATER, he called to say he couldn't make it. During that time - even though I wasn't a customer - Tony, Mike, and Jade could NOT have been nicer to me (Melody had gone home!).
