I’ve been dealing with this particular Advance Auto for over 20 years, as an “end customer” to a commercial account customer and they are the best auto parts store I’ve dealt with; and I’ve dealt with a lot. Keep up the good work!
I have always had a great experience at advanced auto. REXANNE waited on me today. I ordered a part yesterday, went in an picked it up this morning. But I forgot my airfilter. So raxanne called me back. I appreciate her,she remembered the conversation that I forgot. Well I've been to other places where you almost have to chase people down just to get help. This won't happen at advanced.I appreciate each one I've talked with.
