We called in to check on a part of they had it before we came to the store. The guy quoted us a price and said it was in stock. When we get there, the idiot hadn’t pulled the part like he said he would, and then lied and said he didn’t hear us ask for one of the parts. Honestly the guy “Lex” was his name, had a piss poor attitude the whole time we were in the store, and then wanted to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about... this location needs a lesson in customer service.
Great customer service! Found my battery and put it in and had me. Icing on no time.
