Fernando at store 6710 in Duluth was absolutely awesome and I extremely helpful , calling multiple store to track down an item for me , I rarely leave reviews but this made such impression that I couldn’t resist do so!!
Hate that I’m writing a bad Google review, but I was sold the wrong headlight bulb not once.. but TWICE last night after describing to an employee which one I needed for my Genesis. I went in to swap incorrect bulb out and he gave me THE WRONG BULB AGAIN. I’m pissed because I had just come off a 12 hour shift and couldn’t do what I needed to do after work yesterday. Nobody wants to deal with this after a long night.
The guys here are friendly and helpful. The staff makes the customers feel welcome and they are happy to help you.
Dave is a book of knowledge. The best service from the staff by far. I’m an old mechanic and have been to numerous auto parts stores, this by far is the ONE.
