Rico Washington was absolutely awesome! He helped me changing out wiper blades on my Sierra. That is the best experience at Advance that I’ve ever had!
Ron stinks physically and mentally. Honestly, just a rude dude. The other workers were very knowledgeable and understanding the real world situations. Also good prices and delivery!

They've got a problem with customer service there, and his name is Ron. I called to order some brakes for my Volvo, I usually order online but they weren't in stock, so I called to have them ordered. Ron answered the phone, I stated that I needed to order the brakes, he immediately cut me off and asked if I was a shop or an individual, I don't understand why that matters, I said individual.
