Exceptional customer service. Minute details matters and the lady at the front desk known very well customer handling. I am new customer who visited the place, i had wiper blades from costco already with me but could not install in correctly. Any other shop will just try to sell a new set as free installation only comes if i buy it from there. But the lady helped me install my own Costco blades immediately. Absolutely horrible customer service, Eric the commercial pro, could not do anything to do right by me sending me the wrong parts while my car was taken apart in my driveway not only wasting my time, and the inconvenience of getting my money back timely to purchase the proper parts for the job. Offered absolutely nothing for the waste of time or inconvenience of now waiting for the money to arrive
Ordered online and was ready in about 20 minutes. Great communication from employee working behind register as soon as I walked into store. Greeted me, asked me my name and if I was here to pick up an order or needed help finding something.
