Do not shop at this location! I was a customer and purchased several items. I got in my car and my shifter was locked in park, I went back inside and spoke to the guy that just rang me out and asked if I can use a shop tool (torx bit) he replied by saying no! I can sell you one but I’m not letting you use anything. I was store to store trying to find a special key for my lugs yesterday evening, that no one could seem to help me find. When I came in to Advance Auto Parts, Ethan was able to figure it out and have me on the road with exactly what I needed in little time. Very helpful young man!
