Purchased a floor jack that was bad. Was hoping it was fine since someone taped up the box. Didn't work and you can see someone took channel locks to the adjustment bolt. It happens. BUT then stopped by to exchange it and the person said come back tomorrow to see the manager (????). Couldn't make it then called to ask for the manager to have them order a replacement.
