“Thank you” Advance Auto Parts for ruining my trip and wasting my evening. Bought an ABS sensor from you for $75 — installed it right outside the store, didn’t work. Went back — no replacement. The store manager really tried to help and was very polite, respect to her — she’s not to blame for the junk the store sells. Then she helps me find another one 20 minutes away to another location, got another sensor — also dead. Andrew was great . He came to my car and helped me step by step. The place was clean and i was in and out in 10 min definitely recommend.
The staff there is great! Went in for a new battery, and The sales person Samantha was great. She was so nice and try to answer my question without pressing me to buy other stuff. Very great customer service.
