An absolute horror show. Problem after problem with their defective cardone and carquest rack and pinions , and not just one. Their warranty department is an complete Trainwreck. They do their very best trying not to cover anything under warranty and good luck with any labor for a defective part . They need a few ruthless lawyers to teach them a lesson. My advice to anyone with automobile problems is to stay clear from this place. The company is just worthlessjunk.

They had both parts I needed, in stock, for a 21 year old, imported car. Quite remarkable!
Horrific management. Catty, gossipy employees who bully others just for their own satisfaction. No empathy from those above and those below get blamed for the state of the store. Maybe if management actually managed their employees, that store wouldn’t be absolutely horrendous. Pay your employees more, treat them better, and stop expecting out of them what you won’t even do for yourself.
