I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at Advanced Auto Parts today. I was assisted by an employee named John, and my experience was far below the standard I expect from your company. Review for Advance Auto Parts – July 9, 7 PM (Tuesday): I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. I came in needing a specific tool bit to remove a TPMS sensor — something I’d only use once. I politely asked if I could quickly use the tool in the parking lot after buying it.
