Pretty abysmal, store opens at 7:30. Employee was focused on inventory and unable to help. Felt like you had to be confrontational just to get his attention and I asked and waited in line. Pages necessary for determining the part I needed were torn out. Horrible experience. I’d like to add after I spoke with the employee for help, he said he was unable to. After I left, he walked outside and starting smoking cigarettes outside the door.
Today I came in to get water for wipers. Two gentleman were standing doing nothing. I asked the gentleman to check if I need water for my wipers. He told me they are not allowed to do any of this. I understand rules and policies have to be followed. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it including your body language to a person. That’s horrible customer service!
