Very rude and unprofessional, with an attitude that came across as extremely sexist toward women. Apparently, the gender of the mechanic telling you what to get matters to them, rather than simply focusing on providing good customer service and helping identify/find what is needed. There is no excuse for treating customers differently based on gender. I expected basic professionalism and assistance, but the experience was disappointing and completely unnecessary.
Horrible experience! I went in looking for transmission fluid that I couldn’t find and asked two employees for help. I explained that a mechanic had sent me the exact product I needed and even showed them a photo of it. Instead of simply helping me, they immediately asked whether the mechanic was a man or a woman. Once they found out she was female, they proceeded to make jokes about her, mock her, and belittle her expertise. The customer service is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and professional but also easy-going. I forgot to ask the name of the employee who helped me fix a mistake I made with my wife's car, but the guy was simply awesome. The name on my receipt says Paul, so I think that might be his name.
