Very friendly and helpful
Exceptional service and employees at store #7029 (Phenix City). Clayton, as well as the store manager were both friendly, courteous and helpful. I will shop at this Advance Auto Parts Store forever more, for all my auto needs. Thank goodness someone still knows how to do customer service RIGHT!! Thanks!!!
There is a reason why you never see any cars in the parking lot. Between the manager not helping the trainee while working with me , to the computer ringing up the wrong thing twice when checking out, to the receipt not showing what the oil change deal was supposed to be. Y’all lost my trust and won’t be back. Good luck!
