Jennifer was so kind and very helpful with battery replacement. I went to different Advance Auto Part in 280 hwy and very bad customer services. Thank you Jennifer for going beyond. Please give her a raise for excellent customer services.
I was very impressed with the level of service at this store, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part with the right fit, all the while with a friendly smile.
Amazing service
Very friendly and helpful
Exceptional service and employees at store #7029 (Phenix City). Clayton, as well as the store manager were both friendly, courteous and helpful. I will shop at this Advance Auto Parts Store forever more, for all my auto needs. Thank goodness someone still knows how to do customer service RIGHT!! Thanks!!!
