This Advance Auto is the best. They are ALWAYS AND I DO MEAN ALWAYS providing me with great customer service when I purchase auto parts and other items from them. So SHOP here for your auto needs.
I can honestly see why this parking lot is always empty. Customer service here sucks. Two employees here and no greeting when I came in. Only 1 other person in there. Never offered to help me find what I needed (and I was obviously looking around). Finally found it. Stood in line behind the one other person looking something up and taking a bit. My wife took one of our vehicles there to have the check engine light looked at. All she wanted was for a code reader to be plugged in to know what the problem was. The employee who was watching tv on his phone and eating Pringles was reluctant to help and was rude the entire time helping. This was our first time going here and our last.
Store is great for auto needs. Perhaps they could help employees with traing.
