Worst advance autoparts in the area they try all possible to not allow merch.returns. Even if not used. I tired tool at store parking lot on my truck. And it wasn’t right tool then go inside to return it. She told me you opened how I m going to try before open the tool. She just make me crazy when I asked the manager she said she is the manager. I never ever experience like that before. Just go to auto zone or other stores. She didn’t give my money back. That was literally stolen. I hope they will fired you ASAP. RUDE , help... read more
This place is the worst. Manager needs to be fired they do not do any returns or warranty of any kind. They do not know how to work there own system. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE
