Customer Service is terrible at this store. Manager Sucks. I will never purchase another item from Advance Auto. They lost a customer today. I recommend you go to Autozone or Oreilly for parts. Stephen Nichols
Female employee at pick up counter extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never return back to this location again.
I had to stop by to get help with a ring stuck or jammed on my finger and Lakesha,Robyn,Betsy, Rochser jumped in and helped and aced my life as the ring was cutting off my circulation . They are the sweet , most knowledge and courteous bunch of folks I ever met. I appreciate them the fullest. May god bless their souls forever 🙏💍
I went On the day after a heavy snowstorm and was struggling to not slip as I made my way into the store. I’m a 62 year old man using a cane due to a leg injury. I was met by two very nice, polite, helpful and professional employees who worked to help me find everything that I needed. The Store Manager was (I believe) Charnae Johnson. I had a wonderful expierience this past Saturday morning in Charlottesville at the hollymeade store with Dennis he was very helpful knowledgeable I needed a battery test and he explained the whole process to me all the differences and different warranties installed it and got me on my way he was saying he was from Bealeton store up there helping out the advance brand is blessed to have a great employee like him…
