Just went here for a small part and the bigger guy with the glasses seemed to be very put off he had to do anything. Bad attitude didn’t even try to help with my issue. Made me feel like I was disrupting his day. Guess I’ll go down to autozone, part I needed was 15$ more for the same thing.
Very helpful staff with good prices
Purchased a battery and had an employee install it. The positive terminal nut was rusted. The employee was struggling removing it. He ended up stripping the bolt and removed the terminal by loosening it enough to slide it up and off. When he installed the new battery he connected the positive terminal by sliding it down on to the battery. I expressed my concern that the positive terminal was not tight and the bolt was now stripped. He dismissed me and gave some bs as to why it was okay.
