Broke down in front of AAP, Michael assisted me and checked my battery. He tested it, came to the conclusion that it was my battery not charged, took it out and charged it. Definitely an excellent employee and the definition of customer service and customer satisfaction. Will happily recommend because of him! Phenomenal job.
No one was in the store for almost half a hour . I watched seven people leave because of poor management and lazy employees.
Advance Auto is so helpful to me. Call the store employees are always helpful.
