Went and got a battery, terminals and terminal protectors earlier today. Came back with core, terminals, and the protectors because I didn’t need. When I came back they couldn’t find me in the system because the previous employee didn’t even use the right name. He also didn’t even give me the right terminals either, so now I’m thinking he didn’t even give me the right battery. On top of that the rude employee this evening was very stern on me buying my battery from another location because he couldn’t find me in his system. ... read more
When we came to dispose of old coolant for our truck, and when the employee went to dump it, he realized we had put the wrong coolant in the truck and let us know. Sure enough, it would have caused major damage to our truck, but thanks to his attention to detail, we were able to flush it out before it caused a problem. We are very thankful.
