I ordered a part online on their website that said free same day delivery at 1 pm today. I called at 8:50 to check on it trying to be patient but was told they are closed and the guy had no idea what to tell me. Then told me they don’t have delivery drivers on Saturday or Sunday so why would same day delivery be available?

Ok. I don't complain much. However, ive been in the auto industry since 93...still a technician with a reputable company. Cut my teeth in parts. But these kid's...guys...whatever have 0 talent or the desire to have any. Went to get some octane booster for my 100k dollar hot rod. Damn kid bout knocked me down trying to get the cans on the shelf in the additive department. No can I help you, no hows it going or anything.
