I've dealing with advance for quite some years. Customer service has always been great and welcoming.
If someone is late to take your shift don’t take it out on the customer. I had 2 questions and since your relief was late I guess you didn’t have the patience to answer them without being extremely short. This is why I go across the road, I should have this time. My fault I guess.
