Worst service ever. Same manager since was pepboys, pepboys went down on business, then manager get moved to carquest and carquest also went down. Old pepboys turn into advance and bring same manager and this advance also is going out of business. I think the problem isn't autopart business but horrible managers customer service. If you like waiting in long lines, this is the place for you. I purchased something online from them in late December and tried to come pick it up. I dropped by three different times between a span of a 3 week period. Every single time the line was out the door, with an approximate 30min-1hr wait. Would only wish your worst enemy to come here and pick up auto supplies. Parking is terrible too.

Stopped by at the Advanced Auto Parts for Agm battery for an Acura TL 2005 only to be disappointed by the fact that they don’t have it stock, yet they have one in stock clearly need to update their inventory soon it's sold, what’s worse that they only allow two customers at a time, and I have to wait for more than two hours for other customers to take their time, and I don’t blame the store associates at all apart from not updating inventory that this location is closing down soon.
