Always been my go to parts store for them older car needs, sad they're closing down. Great customer service and friendly staff. Good to know it's only the west coast locations. Warranty still available on my purchases.
Noemi is the best sales person I've ever encountered by far anywhere. She was so amazingly helpful, nice and patient. She took the time to go through all the parts that were available for an old car for me and told me what other stores had parts that were not in stock. I was able to buy many parts only cause she took the time check everything you had in stock for my old car. I'd been to other stores that would frustratingly only check if I had a part number or description on a couple things or would just tell me they didn't ... read more
Coming here with my tio and we found so many parts for our vehicles. And noemi was such an awesome help. She took the time to locate and find all kinds of parts for me and my tio. She was great customer service. Too bad advanced is going out of business because noemi would have been great parts advisor to keep customer relation with. But I'm glad to have worked with her. Thank you noemi 100 stars.
Was a decent store with good people, but rumor has it the entire west coast is shutting down over 700 stores ... smh.. sad day for Advanced auto parts. And for the people working, I hope you all find something better than that will appreciate you!!!
The entire store is going out of business. It has only a couple of days after I send this post to google. Very soon this will be a giant empty building.But hopefully gets taken over by a cool company.We'll miss you advanced auto parts
