I went to this location specifically because I had a coupon for an oil change. When I arrived, the staff refused to honor the coupon and told me they had already applied discounts, so they could not give any additional savings. The problem is that even after those so-called discounts, I was still charged $147.20 for an oil change service. If the coupon was not going to be accepted, that should have been made clear upfront. I was very happy with my service. Jose, was very polite. They told me it would be 2 hours as they were very busy. But it was maybe an hour and half the cost of what I would have been charged at Kia. Everyone was very nice.

I’ve been coming to this Pep Boys location for years, and the service has always been outstanding. Dan, the service manager, has consistently been helpful, communicative, and most importantly, honest. Today, Jose helped me out after my second flat tire in a month, and once again the team took great care of me. What I appreciate most about this location is their honesty and transparency.
