Go in to find a part, says there's two in the store, they have no idea where they are. Order it online, then they cancel the order... Just don't have it. Call in, they just cancelled it, didn't try to source it anywhere else.
I am a 66 year old lady that went to Advance Auto Parts to buy some oil for an urgent situation and there was a young man there named Jayen who was super helpful to me and very friendly and gave me the best customer service!!! I highly recommend this location!
Sean Was so kind and super helpful! After being on the road for over 8 hours my check engine light came on and my vehicle started shaking, thankfully I was able to safely exit the Hwy and this store was right off the exit… I was completely shaken 30 miles from home and not familiar with the area, Sean went above and beyond to offer to check out my vehicle and and run the code to see why the check Engine light turned on.
