Store number #09961 Employee Jayden L I was running late for my brothers wedding and I came into the store for some super glue cause the sole of my Stacy Adam’s happens to rip now this gentleman said “if you need some extra dress shoes I got a spare in my truck .” While I appreciate the gesture I felt like this was truly a brother looking out for a brother .. thanks bro
Highly recommend! Jayden took ownership of my issue and provided an immediate resolution. This Braselton location far exceeded my expectations where the Jefferson location really struggled. Even though I live 2 miles away from the Jefferson location, I will go out of my way to go to this location. Well done Jayden and Team! It’s easy to tell you guys put customers first.
