Today they were a great reinforcement for shopping online. I went in to get brakes for my car (they were running a deal on pads if you buy rotors). Rotors weren't in stock, and alternatives were offered. The problem was that the rotors they did have were either lower tier or not the right brand to get the discount ($62 off). Great experience all around. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Quick service, no runaround, and they actually know their stuff. This is how an auto parts store should be run. I’ll definitely be back.
