Crappy experience. My dad went in last night to buy a new battery and only a new battery. The cashier that was there (Sean) charged him for the battery plus oil that he never asked for or wanted. When my dad went back today to get a new battery (since the one he got last night wasn't the right one), he noticed the extra charge and asked what it was for.
