I bought brakes on 3/19 at the local store online order. My wife just told me they are making noise. I took it off and one of the pads is horrible bad. This is after driving 6 months and less than 10000 miles. The store would not honor the warranty for the pads. I had to purchase new pads that were $90. One of the associates started arguing with me that I should have came earlier and they would have honored the warranty. Earlier when? Pads are 6 months old. This should not have happened. Nice store nice people
I hope the regional manager or the general manager of the local advance auto store in Oakwood and Braselton understands what good customer service you guys have. I went out of my way to go from one store to down here at store number 9961 just because of the great service that I knew that Blake could give give me. That’s the reason I come down here to make sure that I get my questions answered in a professional manager and don’t have to go back-and-forth 15 times. Kudos to great management who knows superior talent.
