Never went.. I know they are closing all locations and I was in need of a battery for my vehicle. Called into both. Pasadena and E.L.A. stores rang about 10-15 times. Nobody ever answered. So this is not really a review but a pistol whip. The moral of this story is,. " Sorry you're closing but just be thankful you still have a job as ,of now. Hands-down, the best customer service that I have experienced in a while Adrian and Arturo we’re so attentive and patient I bought something but then needed to make an exchange and they did not hesitate. I have about 15 questions and answered them all about promos that were available on the app!
