***Update***So its 4 years later.... July 5th 2025. I went into the store and ask if there was a way to check if a fuse was simply blown in my 2011 Buick Enclave CXL. The man behind the counter says come down this isle and I can show you what to look for. He picked basic fuses and showed me. My car takes a box fuse he showed me flat fuses. Either he doesn't know what he is doing or he took the opportunity to make me look stupid as a female. This store has the worst customer service towards females. Got absolutely harassed by an older man who came as far as to stare at me , yelling at me that it's his job to help me as he followed me down two aisles and to the register. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a male employee
This place in Lenoir is absolutely horrible. The Man behind the counter had a friend come in and he waited on him before he waited on me even though I've been there for like 10 minutes already the people in this advance Auto place is horrible go somewhere else besides this place go to AutoZone or go to O'Reilly's avoid Advance in Lenoir at all cost go to AutoZone for O'Reilly's
Gary was wonderful, he helped me out and replaced my wipers in the rain!! I'll be back
