They need a line just for purchases of products: no part lookups, no consultations with the employees on what they could get, no returns, etc. Normally I’m very patient and don’t mind waiting in line. But time mattered today; I should have left and went to AutoZone. It would have been faster to drive there, find the product, and get in a new line. Wait was well over 30 minutes.
It’s very sad to come into a place where you’ve had a great experience to a horrible one. I came to do a return because unfortunately the part I had purchased is not properly fit. Oscar the cashier was very unprofessional and told me that I shouldn’t be working on my car if I didn’t know what I was doing. Well to that comment I have been a mechanic for 25yrs and I knew exactly what I was talking about. He did not want to do a return so I left.
