Have paid in cash, and they denied my refund.
Just went in for wiper blades. Was sold a blade that was missing half of the plastic it should have had where it clips on. Was told I didn't need it. Well it did clip on but was missing half of the plastic. Asked them to swap it so it would match the other one and the large gentleman there acted annoyed and handed it over and said “have fun”. Someone needs some customer service training. Won't be going back there anytime soon. Two other parts stores in close proximity. AND Walmart. Thought I would be nice and support a local... read more
