Worst experience. The store reps will tell you that you can return a part if it doesn't work then when you try to return it they tell you they can't its store policy. Completely ridiculous. Worst customer service!!
I would not recommend this place at all. I walked into ask questions and get some help and the guy that Attempted to help me said smart remarks to me instead and made fun of me while I was leaving when I told him that he was being rude to me.
The new manager was very rude Gabriel or what ever his name is just tryed to bust a conversation while I returned a item asked if the old manager Steven went to big ol tire told me if you already know why do you ask just plain rude just was trying to be nice and friendly I would not recommend advanced auto go elsewhere oriely or auto on atleast they greet you when you walk in not just stare at you he needs to be written up for not having customer service skills
The staff is almost always rude. If they are actually sticking to store policy then it needs an overhaul! The men there treat women like idiots. Actually got the palm of the hand in my face once. Screw these guys
