This place was beyond amazing. Caleb assisted us and went above and beyond. Our car broke down coming North headed back to Portland. We had no tools and no idea what was wrong. With a jumpstart we were able to get to Advanced Auto parts, where Caleb tested our car, found out alternator went out. He loaned us the tools we needed and allowed us to repair car in parking lot. We ended up needing a new belt to and even though they didn't have one in stock he found us one at another store down the road. The customer service at thi... read more
