Whoever the lady is who works here, possibly manager, sucks. Brought item back to exchange or refund, due to size difference, she said "we don't do refunds on electronics". This is a lie. I think it was because I'm white. I've taken this exact item back previously. Heck, much of the store IS electronic. My item has never even been opened.
