RecommendedWhen getting my rear windshield wiper replaced, the Advance auto guy caused the wiper holder to crack. I was watching and heard it pop loudly. He took my name and said they would replace the whole wiper apparatus. I waited a week and checked back with the store. They had already ordered the new apparatus and promptly replaced it for me. I was really thankful that I didn’t have to argue one second with them about. Thanks Advace Auto.
I use you in 4 states and today you stink, sell me a bad boster. now iv got to pay double labor for yet a nother boster and have it put back togeather! REALLY ya want to give me a coupon wow what a joke ! I by a master cyclinder and boster but you cant even call when the part came so i could have my car for weekend get a new manager! 😡🤬😬👹
I was traveling from out of state alone when my check engine light came. I stopped at this location to see if I could have someone to check it out. Rich (I don't know his last name) went above and beyond to check out my car for me. He was very professional and checked several areas on my car. He wouldn't take the money that I offered him. I felt safer in my car when I left. Thank you again Rich for your help. This world needs more nice guys like you.😊
I received excellent service at this store. Employees (Robert and Matt) diagnosed an issue with my car and replaced my windshield wipers. Throughout, they were helpful and friendly, despite the fact that they had to do all of this in the rain I will be returning for all of my auto parts needs.
If you are in need of auto parts, this is the place to use! I've had to get parts 3 times in the past month and Crystal at this store has been great!!!
