Don't ever have custom paint made by them. I went into to have 3 can spray paint made. The guy said it would be done by end of the day or if not definitely by early morning the next day. I waited till the next day at noon, came in and the paint guy said it's not ready because another guy called out and their policy is they needed to have at least 3 person at the counter, therefore he couldn't get to making the paint. I went to your location tonight about 530, asking for someone to test my battery since i think it’s going bad, and the older man behind the counter told me “we don’t do that after dark” with a smirk on his face. I’m pretty sure he just didn’t feel like going out in the cold. I hope he doesn’t treat your other customers that way. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
You guys need to teach your staff a lot more They can’t even find a small hose for me from the back shelf that they cut and sell for $1 a foot. Autozone way better
Placed order online parts shown in stock but Jake could not find them in the store. So his answer to the problem was quote "I'll just cancel the order" I did not want the order cancelled he could of ordered part and I would of came back but apparently customer service was not in his training. I'll not return to this branch.
Extremely disappointed. I left my phone on the counter, and with in 15 minutes it was stolen. None of the salesmen there saw it on the counter.
