This location is understaffed, with all the CSRs on the phone there's no one left to help the customers on the floor. Lastly I provided my exact year, make, model, and engine size to buy a replacement battery, but AutoZone still showed multiple different battery group sizes (H6, H7, etc.). Most customers aren’t interested in “will‑fit” alternatives they just want the one correct battery their vehicle was designed for. There should be a way to simply give my VIN and get the exact OEM‑specified battery size instead of sorting ... read more
