Advance Auto Parts was great to shop and the online order and pick up made it so easy for me to get what I needed and the associate carried my products out to my car and loaded them for me without my asking for help. The whole experience was very different than I expected from an auto parts store. I have had much less and far more difficult from another store selling the same type products and this was so much better and very different. I will definitely return to this store!
I needed a battery for my Ram 1500. Chris was helpful and couldn’t have been nicer. He installed my battery with no issues. Thanks again Chris!!!
Came to the store at 8:50 in the morning on a Saturday and no one was there. Store hours say 7:30 AM car in the parking lot but doors locked and no one answered the phone. Hours need to be updated on the door or find better employees.
