81 year old father bought a battery for his truck here maybe over a week ago? Battery is already dead and acting up. Jump started it and went back. Guy behind the counter went and checked it, he confirmed it was bad. THEN he made my 81 year old father who has a sever limp go and get the battery out of his own truck and bring it in. THEN he had to put in the new one. Too lazy to pick up a battery at his own job. He also made someone else do the computer parts of his job. Horrible customer service.
Hershal is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Usually if I dont see him working ill go somewhere else.
I called and ordered a part, they didnt actually order it. Had to reassemble the car order the part again and redo the job. The part wasnt just late, they just didn't do anything. Don't worry I got the part from another store the second time. Dont use this place. Only auto parts store worth 1/2 of anything is oriliey in this town.
