I will shop there again after going there this weekend. After hearing the way that Jon was talking about females while people were in the store was very uncalled for. he is very luck i didn’t go there and handle it myself I will take my business somewhere else and i will make sure other companies do the same. Watch how you talk about females when there are other people still in the store.
Went in due to an engine light being on. Store refused to check codes. Went to a competitor who gladly put code reader on car. Ended up being low voltage code. Competitor tested the battery and it ended up being bad. Replaced battery and code clears on its own. Wont shop here in the future besides they don’t support the DIY guy.
Very rude and won’t give a refund. I will let everyone know. This is a poor way of public relations
It a joke promised to stand by warranty then told to b there at 3pm just to find out they wouldn’t ever spend another penny there again terrible service and they lied don’t go there again
