I went in to buy a replacement headlight bulb and the young woman began making fun of my car. The older man who was working behind the counter joined in by calling it a lemon for already needing a bulb replacement. A 2017 Kia may not be a luxury car but it’s good enough to drive to Auto Zone next time I need something.
A joke. Couldn’t change my battery bc it’s location was under a captains chair in my SUV fine I get that. Asked for a jump and waited 20 mins outside with my 2 yr old son. I go back in and they are standing talking I asked if they were going to give me a jump and the guy said he didn’t know.. uhm what? He said bc the location of my battery? Uhm what?????? Hire people who know what they are doing. And don’t leave mothers with children outside with a car with a dead battery. Will never go there again and will never recommend!
When I walked in I told them bye guy what I was looking for... He looked it up and Bam he had it! It also was very nice to know he was a fellow motorcycle Enthusiast just like me. The part I wanted in stock what more could you possibly ask for ?
Awesome service at this store! Thank you to Brenda, Mary, Charles and especially JOE!!!! Had a dead battery and he made a trip to my house not once, but TWICE! Then I went to the store, and they made sure my battery, alternator and starter were all working properly. I would recommend this store over any of the other car parts stores in the area.
