RecommendedThis morning my windshield wipers completely gave out. I should have replaced them weeks ago😬. I felt so bad because of course it’s freezing cold and pouring rain, but they were so so nice. So, thank you to the gentleman who helped me out this morning with a smile and zero complaints!!
Should have a option for zero stars! They gave me the wrong brake pads twice! I asked twice if they could deliver my parts, once in person and once over the phone (with a manager) and I was assured they would but they never got delivered. They call themselves “parts specialists” truth be told they don’t even know what’s going on. Management sucks! The only reason I shop here is for the 25% off for online orders. 10/10 would not recommend!
Steven I believe his name is, well he's the man! Came in today Nick helped me out got my battery charged and then realized my alternator was shot. Steven the manager stayed after he was supposed to be off work and helped me out the new alternator in. These guys are great! This man deserves a raise! I will be back for all my auto part needs! Steven, bringing you a thank you gift when you work next on Monday!
