Don’t come here. Knew my car needed a new battery and looked for the closest place offering free battery instals. After having my car jumpstarted I came here at 10:45am, three employees (two women and a man) were at counter with no customers. Asked for an install and aparently none of them can install it even though it wasn’t busy??? Women were lisa and zuvan and A man named Robert. Bad attitude from the stored manager the people that sell too bad system too they need to fix they they lose I lot of customer do to that they need to get people that are willing to work and have nice attitude with people never but never going to that stores and everyone that read this Pliz go to another stored and don’t event bother stoping on that stored
A terrible experience! When replacing the battery, please make sure to secure it securely! Make sure it can't move! A moving battery! If the car brakes suddenly, how much impact will it have on the guests? How much damage will the vehicle cause!
If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Terrible attitude from the service people. When I expressed frustration with one of the people at the counter that I paid money to have my car jumped in order to get me to advanced auto parts, and was told to turn off the motor and they couldn’t get it turned back on or jumped, she started chewing at me out asking why I was giving her an attitude. She literally told me “I didn’t make you pay money to get here.” So much for trusting advanced auto parts as my automotive partner... read more
