Killed our car and can't get through to any of their customer service numbers, keep getting hung up on and don't follow through with promises.
Customer service stinks at that Advance Auto in Gainesville Virginia right next to the McDonald's. I went to the Manassas Advance Auto and they helped me from beginning to end on what I needed for my truck
Customer care/chivalry is dead. Thank goodness for the kindness of strangers or I'd still be sitting in the parking lot, baby in the car with me, in 90* weather. Deplorable. ��
