Recommendedthey havent failed me yet on parts. prices are good. there never to busy to give you some helpful advice. for being at work these guys an gals are the nicest people always a smile an a hello
the prices marked on the shelf for items are not what rings up at the register.. I realize mistakes are made but this happened to me on 4 or more occasions today a 3.99 switch rangup 7.49 and i was sure all numbers matched. I will never open my wallet at this location again.. and switch was a 2 dollar item at best
This has got to be the absolute worst auto parts store. Today was the third strike. I was given the wrong dodge diesel fuel filter twice, 1 Plymouth door switch & lastly I was asked to pick something up as a favor to which Instead of telling the shop on the phone that they would need confirmation/authorization, they wait till I get there to pick it up to the side to pull some kind a power trip. Go a little further to Pep Boys or AutoZone.
I'm very disappointed with your return policy. I bought the wrong bulbs for my tail light and I was told that your policy is you don't take back electronics. That's ridiculous!
