Popped in today for new wiper blades. Spoke with Paul on the phone who was very helpful and curtious. When I arrived at the store, I was helped by Ron at the counter who heped me choose the correct blades and then installed them. Consistently receive great customer service at Advance Auto Parts.
dropped the ball with customer service today. left me standing in line while the counter person helped some guy with tools and then even helped others find things in the store. literally came back just as I was going to leave. the other counter person could have or should have taken care of me instead of all the others. this was the only part store for me in the past.
