Training, Training, Training. I had to purchase an Alternator that I had a warranty on because Brian didn't understand the process. I then had to Drive to Desoto to get this situation corrected. I will only shop from Desoto location from now on.

Santos was amazing! He helped me and watch videos to show me how to change my transmission fluid! He was awesome! Great service!!! Thank you
Cashier was clueless. Took almost 10 minutes to get the register to work and check me out. Other clerk just sat there watching and laughing. No help.
