All these negative reviews are weird. The store's employees are amazing. They are super helpful and always willing to help out. Tony is one the easiest and kindest people that I have ever dealt with.
I came here to buy a few things. The punk at the desk said I couldn’t use the restroom so I just left.
Avoid this location at all costs. I bought a coil for $80 . took it to my mechanic he never used it ,When returned to advanced auto part Revere Melissa open it and started looking for reasons to not return it. I explained that I was present with the mechanic but She got very loud and rude. I left the revere location and went to another advanced auto part all they did was to ask me if it was used or not, then they took the part and gave me my money. Employee told me he didn’t have time to change my battery with over 20 minutes till the next person left. Terrible customer service, couldn’t have tried less. Wasted time talking to his buddy vs changing my battery. Don’t ever go here. The guy who was working at 12:30pm on 8/31 royally sucked at his job.
